I was wondering the same thing. All Canseco did was introduce A-Rod to a steroids distributor/dealer. If I introduce someone to a pimp, doesn't mean they are using their services.

Not to mention that when he was on ABC Nightline, he refused to produce any actual evidence he supposedly had, claiming that the timing isn't right. Jose's credibility is wearing thin, especially when he so obviously has an ax to grind with A-Rod, giving him plenty of motive to claim A-Rod did PEDs.
