Let's Hope Today Doesn't Follow The Usual Formula

Lakers v Jazz and Spurs v Hornets Open Thread PhotoI'm admittedly starting to get bored with the NBA playoffs, and it's primarily because we're seeing a consistent formula. Win at home, lose on the road. It's getting to the point where you can pretty much chalk up exactly how each series will progress.

Boston and LA look tough at home, then have players go to sleep on defense on the road. It's annoying. You're pros. Get out there and play hard every time. It's the playoffs, remember?

I'll at least give Orlando bonus points for managing to blow a golden opportunity at home yesterday, thereby helping to buck this trend a bit. But I'm afraid it'll just continue. Let's hope Chris Paul has something to say about that.

Enjoy the open thread.

Spurs Suck.

Still bored with the playoffs?  Heckuva game today already, regardless of who wins.

Same in San An. Spurs by 13 at the half.

The questions now, are can the home team get it back, or will the momentum pull in the Jazz/Spurs advantage?
