This country is based on freedom of speech and that kid was just expressing that right and for that reason he should not have been tasered and should not have been thrown in jail but enough politics lets get back to some sports.

First of all my feelings didn't get hurt, I just thought it was bullshit they tasered and arrested the kid regardless of whether he was trying to get his fifteen mins of fame or not. Its the cops job to serve and protect or whatever their little saying is and I dont think they are serving or protecting anybody if there standing at some john kerry rally worrying about what some 20 year old kid is gonna say. And dont think because I dont own a gun that Im some pussy little rich kid where I come from owning a gun doesn't add inches to your dick, where I come from if you gotta problem you throw up  fists like real men.

No Ive never camped in alsaka and never really wanted to. And for your information I did once live in a neighborhood that was low class and wasn't the safest part of town my Dad NEVER owned a gun and I still have friends and family members who do live in dangerous neighborhoods and they dont own guns. My Aunt served in the military as well, and I do think people have the right to own a gun. But your missing my point because your trying to make this argument about yourself and where you live and  I really dont care where you live and how tough your life is and why you need to own a gun I got my own problems the fact of the matter is whether this kid was trying to get attention or not he wasn't putting anybody in danger and nobody was offended by what he said the only thing people were offended by were these pigs trying to arrest him and prevent him of his own right which is the freedom of speech and if you think some 20 year old kid needs to be arrested and tasered because he says what he feels then you my friend are not true American and thats all I have to say about that.

Ok This is not about me. You started the bashing I countered. I was explaining to you that cops do not just beat and taser people at RANDOM! What would we do if there were no legal system? It would be like the wild west correct. Although some incidents arise the media doesn't show the real picture on police. Sit down and watch a special about law enforcement and see what the truly do. Most put their lives on the line daily and for what? To protect and serve the people, and communities. Do me a favor look up law enforcement salaries tell me if you think that's worth it? Knowing that your not going to make much and if you were killed in the line of duty who takes care of your family and children? I thought you would see the point. I am military yes and I don't do it for the money hell I have three kids and a second job but I make sure my kids are happy and taken care of and I believe in GUNS. I have them for their safety and mine. When we take trips camping I carry a loaded .45 and my shotgun why because the sickos . I don't carry them to feel big or cool I do it for safety. The Alaska thing was because I was stationed there I carried one for protection against bears.

 

You felt sorry for the kid not me! He is smart I would assume since he is in college but when they say you are done you are done. The remark about the cops on the campus OK tell me what University doesn't have them. They have renta cops to ensure the safety of the students correct?
