Chris Berman Goes Crazy On His ESPN Staff
by CriticalFanatic CriticalFanatic | >7 days ago21 Comment Comments »

Deadspin provides us some comedy gold. Chris Berman goes postal on his staff for apparently moving while he's talking. JESUS, this is funny.

Like Mr. Leitch, we're curious why this hasn't come out within the last eight years and we're equally intrigued to see how quickly it's taken down. Enjoy ... quickly.

+9 thumbs upOn the contrary.  He's earned his stripes working for that awful network for three decades.  I commend him for rallying against the machine and lashing out.  I'd love to see what happens when a pithy little intern brings him lukewarm coffee.

+2 thumbs upThe only thing disappointing about this video is that I can't quote the best parts.

+3 thumbs upJESUS! He sounds like Dana Jacobson. ####!

This makes Berman look human.  Most of the drones on ESPN carry on like they're stowed away in a back room and plugged into the wall at night.  It's been that way since Olbermann left.  Scott Van Pelt is the only anchor left with a semblance of personality.

+2 thumbs upThere's a difference between passion and prick.  Some people handle surprise and adversity professionally, and some don't.  Berman falls into the later category.

I just realized I love the animated hand motions.  They appear to be moving involuntarily.  Very muppet-like.  Reminiscent of the great Swedish Chef.

He's just a step above Corso in my book.

+1 thumbs upI can not stand him , for one dude is always  riding the bandwagon on other teams, he is a true a$$ hole. he is totally going over board here and i bet money he didn't even apologize. Him and Colin Cowherd, i just cant stand them

+3 thumbs upBerman is a lifelong New Englander, so he's going to have some asshole in him.

Wow, he swears a ton.  LOL, this video is great.  How does that get out?

I pi$$ed next to him at a Hartford Whalers game 13 years ago. Funny thing was he was yelling at me and all the other guys in the men's room saying the exact same thing.

Maybe he had prostrate problems and was yelling at his pee.

You guys know this was "ABC" not ESPN, right?

MNF was on ABC in 2000.

And Disney/ABC purchased ESPN in 1995.  Wouldn't it be curious if a non-related network 'borrowed' a guy that's been with ESPN for 25+ years?

+2 thumbs upApparently Jesus worked as a camera man for ABC.

This video is another example of shonky editing taken out of context. The Swarmi was apparently playing 'Statues' and some of the crew didn't understand the rules...
