Game 1 of the season and this is the intensity and competitiveness you get from Kevin Garnett. When we have footage of KG coaching up his teammates in the Eastern Finals, my guess is you won't be able to tell the difference.

While many teams will be comfortable surpassing the 50 win total and receiving a playoff berth, this video displays the reason I think the Celtics (I've found that if I leave out the word Boston, they're much more likable) will get the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

It's only been 2 games, but what are your thoughts and predictions for the Big Three now that you've seen them play?

I am getting so tired of hearing about Boston. They haven't proven their talent yet. Toronto had its best player not up to par (and they still only won in overtime by desperation) and the game before that they beat a very disoriented wizards team.

Bostons trio is averaging so far over 41+ minutes each per game, so what they're doing is expected for the amount of minutes they are playing.

 

The minutes that they are averaging is going to do nothing but tire them out by the middle of the season.

 

and I am also almost sure that at least one of the "big 3" will be forgotten with the rest of the "team"

You don't think that KG, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce have proven their talent yet? No one is talking up the rest of the team, just those three. And I think it's safe to say that they are one of the top 3-5 trios in the game.

They had one of the biggest offseasons in the league. You are GOING to hear about them. Deal with it.

I love this video.  CF - You know how much I have loved KG since he came into the NBA and this is why.  The Celtics will go far and it's because of KG.  I'll take KG over Kobe 100 times out of 100.
