Rick Reilly Bashes ESPN
Something Tells Me Rick Reilly's Opinion Of ESPN Has Changed Recently

This is quite a video put together by the boys at Tirico Sauve. It's Rick Reilly in 2004 giving us his opinion on ESPN at Point Loma Nazarene University. Reilly's anything but kind to The Leader.
HOWEVER, this is what Reilly said in late 2007 when he decided to leave SI and accept a $2 million a year job with ESPN.
"This is an itch I've wanted to scratch for a long time. For a guy who loves sports, ESPN is the ultimate. I feel like a mouse locked in a cheese store. I don't know where to start first. I'm thrilled with the opportunity to speak to a whole new audience in a whole new way."Yes, $2 million will go a long way in helping you scratch that itch. Be careful not to hurt yourself patting every league's back while you're at ESPN.
