Browns' Anderson returns to practice |
Berea, OH (Sports Network) - Cleveland Browns quarterback Derek Anderson returned to practice on Tuesday.
Anderson, who had been out since he left a game against the New York Giants on August 18 with a concussion, made a brief appearance on the field.
"It was good for him to be back. But he was out there only a short time, so I doubt I can play him in the game," said Browns head coach Romeo Crennel.
Backup Brady Quinn is still expected to start Clevelands preseason finale on Thursday against the Chicago Bears at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
